How to return an item
- Find your order. Open your order confirmation email and locate your order number.
- Start the return. Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email to create a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item. Place the unworn item with all original tags in the original packaging or a secure mailer.
- Ship it back. Attach the prepaid label and drop the package at any authorised collection point.
- Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Items we accept
Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and hygiene liners still attached.
Items we cannot accept
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original tags.
Exchanges
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot always guarantee an exchange for the same item in a different size. We recommend placing a new order for the size you need and returning the original item for a full refund. This is the fastest way to secure your preferred size.
