These terms of service govern your use of the ArisFlames website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received before your order is shipped.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, is the property of ArisFlames and may not be used without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
